The elevators were a bit of a joke. i waited an eternity sometimes. It was like they were powered by hamsters on tiny treadmills. also, the promised turndown service? it was more like a 'maybe we'll show up, maybe not' service. i think i only got it once , talk about unreliable service, inefficient elevators.
